4. Make sure customers have an easy way to get a hold of you. If they have questions about the product ordered, be available during normal business hours and respond quickly to questions via email.

5. Don't let customers forget your Web site address. Always include your Web site information in your product package. A good way to remind them of your company is include a pen or other giveaway in the package that a customer will keep and be constantly reminded from where they last ordered.

6. Your customer service team must be trained in the products you sell in order to answer any questions and resolve any problems customers may have. Your customer service team can make or break future sales.

7. Always upsell. When customers are in the buying mood, they are likely to buy related products at the same time. Make sure to advertise these related products at the time of sale and just after the sale.
